We offer courses to assist in the development and practice of mindfulness in groups or individually.


Private Sessions


Many people facing anxiety and depression or other stress disorders prefer sessions outside the group setting. For that we offer one-to-one sessions. They typically begin with an assessment of 60 to 90 minutes, then continue, if required, for one-hour sessions.  These are tailor made for the people needing more peace and ease in their lives. This service can either be offered here in South Surrey, or in the comfort of your own home, by phone, Skype or Zoom video call.
