We offer courses to assist in the development and practice of mindfulness in groups or individually.


Private Classes


Many people facing anxiety and depression or other stress disorders prefer sessions outside the group setting. For that we offer one-to-one sessions. They typically begin with an assessment of 60 to 90 minutes, then continue, if required, for one-hour sessions.  These are tailor made for the people needing more peace and ease in their lives. This service can either be offered here in South Surrey, or in the comfort of your own home.



Mindfulness Fitness


Time and again we hear from students in our eight-week workshop, Fundamentals of Mindfulness, asking for further direction to support their practice. We heard you, and are now delivering a Mindfulness Fitness program beginning soon at Endless Shore Yoga and Meditation Studio in South Surrey.

In this sitting, we will explore new approaches to meditation, as well as expand our techniques in mindfulness. Studies like the one conducted by Sara Lazar, a Harvard professor, shows how the brain physically changes with mindfulness and meditation. She also shows how it bounces back to where it was when we stop. So, continuing our practice is not only beneficial, but necessary in keeping the life changes we enjoy.



Group Meditation


If you find that you benefit from the social interaction of our courses, or if you are looking for a way to reignite your practice, join us for our weekly drop-in guided group meditations. Typically, we begin with a meditation of 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the group, then engage in discussion about our experience during the meditation and how our practice is going. Many find this a great boost to their daily meditation, and adds a sense of accountability to our daily practice. New and experience meditators both express great benefits from the weekly sessions.

We hold the classes at Endless Shore Yoga and Meditation, 2570 King George Blvd. in South Surrey, Tuesdays at 7 p.m. and Fridays at 7:30 p.m.
