At the heart of recovery coaching is relationship - authentic, respectful, and rooted in hope. Whether I’m supporting someone in their personal recovery or walking alongside a coach in supervision, my role is to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and hold space for growth.
Coaching isn’t about fixing; it’s about witnessing. It’s about holding belief when someone’s not quite ready to believe in themselves. Supervision builds on that same foundation, offering a space for recovery coaches to sharpen their skills, reconnect with purpose, and stay grounded in what matters most: values, voice, and integrity.
